For Our Customers Impacted by COVID-19
We understand that there is a great deal of uncertainty right now in everyone’s life and many lives have been and will be affected by this pandemic. In coordination with the U.S. government, the investors in the loans we service, and our executive team, we are able to offer special Forbearance Plans to our impacted customers in an effort to ease the burden of making a mortgage payment under today’s circumstances. This Forbearance Plan is a temporary suspension or reduction of your mortgage payments intended to allow you the time and flexibility to manage the financial challenges associated with the pandemic and affecting your ability to pay your mortgage.
It is important for you to note that the suspended payments are not waived under this Forbearance Agreement and there may be several options to help get you back on track with your mortgage payments once the Forbearance Plan has ended, such as a reinstatement payment, repayment plan, or a modification. You should therefore not enter into this Plan unless absolutely necessary.
